Rayne Avenger longboard review

The Rayne avenger longboard is superb for both downhill and freeriding. While it does have a directional feel, I've ridden my fair share of both directional and directional boards and while a directional board may feel kind of odd riding the other way, you get used to it and definitely shouldn't change your opinion of this amazing board.

I feel the best part of this board is the pleasure dome arch support/W concave. It really help when you're hitting those big hills and need to get into position for tucking, or prepping for a slide but can't afford to look, because it gives a great reference point and when you're needing to take to the corners it conforms to your foot so the board feels almost like an extension of your body. Also, the concave while it does sound cliche really locks you in and I have yet to slip off this beast of a board. The only other thing I can think of is it's amazing wheel wells that allow me to run my Durians and Bigzigs even with 44 degree trucks. I love my Avenger and  still come back to it every now and again to hit the hills.
