So in all reality the Babykiller is just a smaller version of a killswitch but since I'm just such a huge fan of shortened down boards that are already super stable why not get it shortened simply because it's easier to tote around and can be used in the cities too, not to mention you're less likely to overshoot on a tighter turn. This is just the way I look at it, and shortening down this godly board just makes it all the more so in my opinion.
The Rayne Babykiller has a pleasure dome concave which is basically a w concave with 2 more concaves within that, that really locks in the ball of your foot and you heel, and not to mention the sharp edges of this board are going to keep you really locked in on top of the aggressive concave that is also surprisingly comfortable due to the pleasure dome since it acts as a type of arch support, and this is coming from a guy that has to look for boards that aren't bad for my feet as I have to accomodate my high arches. But if you're looking for an amazing downhill, freeride, or cruiser then please pick up the babykiller in either top mount or drop through, top mount if you're looking for control, and drop through if you're looking for more stability or an easier time sliding.
